Overview
SPAF is the competition platform for the Saudi Paralympic Athletics Federation. It publishes championships, registers classified athletes, supports judging on the field, and releases official results to the public, all in Arabic. I built it solo across frontend, backend, and database, and delivered the full platform to the federation in two months.

What I Did
- 01Built the public federation site with featured championship, news, championships, clubs, and live results
- 02Implemented role based portals for five roles: super admin, admin, club, judge, and head judge, with JWT and refresh token auth
- 03Created an athlete registry with Paralympic classification codes, disability types, statuses, and photos
- 04Built championship and event management with classification codes, gender categories, and a featured championship
- 05Delivered the official digital result form for judges with auto ranking, tie breaks, warnings, and best measure logic
- 06Implemented a result approval workflow from draft through review to public publish or return with a note
- 07Added medal records to athlete profiles automatically from approved results
- 08Built club accounts with dashboards for athletes, medals, and points, plus championship registration requests
- 09Shipped a news CMS and the full backend with Express, Prisma, Zod validation, file uploads, logging, and Jest tests
