Overview

HAKA is a real estate group that sells units at sales events and previously tracked everything in Excel. I built their internal system solo with live unit inventories for two projects, a booking flow with automatic confirmation emails and expiry, and role scoped access for every team.

What I Did

  1. 01Built unit inventories for two real estate projects with a status lifecycle of available, booked, sold, and hold
  2. 02Delivered a booking flow that captures client, payment method, and unit, then emails confirmation automatically
  3. 03Implemented an hourly job that expires stale bookings and releases units back to available
  4. 04Added six company scoped roles for global and per project admins and sales users
  5. 05Built an admin dashboard covering bookings, units, users, expired bookings, and analytics charts
  6. 06Added one click Excel export of bookings and PDF export with Arabic text support
  7. 07Developed a REST API with Express and MongoDB, JWT auth, OTP verification, and password reset
